Job summary: The consultant will be responsible for the overall management of a Project either Interior or Architecture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understands the requirements of the client
- Cumulative experience of 5 years and above in subject job profile
- Comes up with different options
- Creates the design with minimal errors
- Explains the design to the client
- Visits the site and closes pending items
- Builds cordial relationships with vendors, contractors
- Gets quotes from different vendors and prepares a BOQ for the assigned project.
- Does rigorous follow ups and gets work done from contractors at site
- Implements the design changes from the client in no time.
- Works along with other Architects in the team in order to manage the workload.
- Knowledge on AutoCAD
Desired Qualifications -
UG - B.Arch
PG - M.Arch (preferred)
Course- Interior designing from leading schools(preferred)

- Design residential and commercial buildings as per prevailing municipal regulations
- Cumulative experience of 3 years and above in subject job profile
- Designing, space planning, elevations, landscaping, furniture layout planning and Decor planning for Projects using Autocad 2D & 3D & other softwares
- Coordinate with business development team
- Coordinate and handle process of approval
- Prepare working drawings and sales drawings during construction stage
- Detail the project plan by estimating man hours required and number of people required, possible timelines etc
- Act as a key mediator between the outsourced agency and team of design architects to seek updates, present drafts and incorporate feedback
